Losing a loved one is the most difficult thing someone can go through. It is important to know that you do not have to go through it alone.
Bereavement support is provided through a Bereavement Coordinator to friends and family for up to 13 months from the passing of their loved one. Support is also provided to caregivers and facility staff if applicable.
There are different means of support through the Hospice. First and foremost, if the support needed is beyond what the hospice can provide then the Bereavement Coordinator may make an outside referral for friends, family, caregivers, and facility staff. Basic support is offered through monthly mailings, phone calls, one on ones, and support groups.
If you could use bereavement support, please provide your contact information below and we will reach out to you.
